Yesterday I attended a mini workshop on Facets of Loving...many lessons to be learned especially letting go of things that annoy and trouble our minds and emotions. This is dedicated to two dear friends and fellow travellers...LTY and PK....

Thoughts feelings such like things

Today so clearly I did see
How people's stuff I do make mine
When others noise and judgements make
React I do
Not realizing reacting equals taking on
Things that never were mine
Chains that bind
So their matter came to me
And like a fool I took it on
Reacting responding in ways
Not representative of whom I am
What I allow mine doth become
What Is is so
Time has come for me to walk away
So bloody what to say
Sorting wheat from chaff
The biggest key is to accept
Loving all no matter what
Then open wide those pearly gates
And we are home again...
